Growing With Gratitude started with one teacher, one classroom, and a belief that gratitude could change everything. Since then it has reached 1,205 schools across 80 countries.
Growing With Gratitude was founded by Ash Manuel, a former primary school teacher with over 20 years of experience in education and mental wellbeing.
What started as a classroom idea - that teaching gratitude, kindness and empathy could genuinely protect children's mental health - has grown into a globally recognised program that has been used by schools, sports clubs and organisations across 80 countries.
Ash is a world-renowned speaker, author and wellbeing advocate. He hosts the Positive Education Podcast and has worked with research partners at the University of South Australia and the University of Adelaide to ensure GWG is evidence-informed.
"When we teach children to notice what's good in their world, we give them a tool they'll carry for life."
