Terms of Use
Growing With Gratitude HQ
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Growing With Gratitude, ABN 71 577 578 107 ("we", "us"), covering your use of Growing With Gratitude HQ at hq.growingwithgratitude.com.au ("the platform").
By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
2. Who can use the platform
GWG HQ is for educators and school staff. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
The platform is not for children to use independently. The one exception is the Daily Check-In screen, which is designed for students to tap through in a classroom, under a teacher's supervision, on a device the school controls.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for anything done through your account. Tell us promptly at info@growingwithgratitude.com.au if you think someone else has access to it.
Do not share your login. Where a school needs more people to have access, additional seats are the way to do it.
4. Free, Teacher Pro and school access
Free accounts get a sample of the resource library, a sample of the games, and a limited number of Smart Finder requests each day. The specific limits may change.
Teacher Pro is an individual annual subscription for one teacher. It covers the full resource library, the AI planning tools, the games, challenges, Relief Packs, Classroom Routines and the Community.
Teacher Pro does not include Daily Check-In, the Parent Portal, shared school folders, team management or a school certificate. Those depend on a school taking responsibility for student information, which an individual account cannot do. See section 8.
A Teacher Pro account is for one person. Do not share your login.
School access is arranged with the school, and covers the staff who join through that school's onboarding link, up to the agreed number of seats and for the agreed contract period.
If your school takes out a licence while you hold Teacher Pro, school access takes over automatically and you lose nothing. Tell us, and we will cancel your individual subscription and refund the unused part, or credit it against your school's invoice.
5. Fees and invoicing
Teacher Pro
Teacher Pro is $149 per year, including GST. You pay when you subscribe, and on each anniversary until you cancel.
- Payment is by card, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- A tax invoice is issued for every payment and is available at any time through the billing portal, reached from your account.
- You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Fees for a period that has already begun are not refundable, except where section 4 applies, or where the Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy.
- If we change the price, we will tell you before your next renewal.
Schools
Your agreement sets the price. GWG HQ is often provided as part of a broader Growing With Gratitude engagement, which may include presentations, workshops, programs or events. The fees, what is included, the contract period and any renewal arrangements are set out in the quote, proposal, invoice or agreement we provide to your school.
Where that document and these terms differ on a commercial matter, that document prevails.
The following applies unless your agreement says otherwise:
- Fees are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Invoices are payable by the date shown on the invoice.
- Access runs for the period set out in your agreement. It does not renew automatically; we will contact your school before the period ends.
- After a contract period ends there is a 14 day grace period, during which staff keep working access. After that, paid features stop and accounts revert to free access.
- If an invoice is unpaid, we will contact the school before suspending access, and give reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve it.
- Fees for a period that has already begun are not refundable, except where your agreement provides otherwise or where the Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy.
If you are unsure what your school has agreed to, email info@growingwithgratitude.com.au and we will send you a copy.
6. Using the resources
While a school's access is current, staff at that school may:
- download, print and photocopy the resources for use with their own students
- adapt a resource for their class, including with the AI tools
- display resources on classroom screens and whiteboards
- share a resource with colleagues at the same school
You may not:
- share, send or upload resources to anyone outside your school, including other schools, teacher groups, social media or resource-sharing sites
- sell, sublicense or charge others for access to the resources
- remove the Growing With Gratitude branding from a resource
- use the resources to create a competing product or program
- share your login, or use automated means to bulk-download the library
The resources remain our intellectual property. What you are given is permission to use them, for as long as your school's access continues.
Work a teacher creates with the AI tools is the teacher's to use within their school, on the same terms.
7. The AI tools
The Wizard, Lesson Creator, Lesson Adapter, Assessment Generator, Storybook Generator, Term Snapshot, Weekly Planner and Smart Finder use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions.
They are planning aids for qualified educators. Output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your class. Read it before you use it, and apply your own professional judgement. You remain responsible for what you teach.
They are not clinical tools. They do not diagnose, assess or provide psychological, medical or therapeutic advice, and they must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional or for your school's wellbeing and child safety processes. If you have a concern about a child, follow your school's procedures.
Do not enter student-identifying information. Describe a class, not a child. Do not enter a student's name, or details of a child's health, family circumstances, behaviour incidents, disclosures or wellbeing concerns.
Fair use limits apply so the tools remain available to everyone. We may change those limits.
8. Daily Check-In and student information
If your school uses Daily Check-In, the school is responsible for:
- deciding which students take part and what is asked
- obtaining whatever consent or parental notification your school's policy and your state's or territory's rules require
- entering only the minimum information needed, which should be a first name or nickname and nothing more
- keeping the check-in screen supervised, and keeping the kiosk link private
- telling us if a parent asks for their child's information to be corrected or deleted
We hold this information on the school's behalf and handle it as set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Content you submit
You keep ownership of what you post in the Community and of the material you create with the tools. By posting in the Community, you give us permission to display it to other users of the platform.
Do not post anything that identifies a student, breaches someone's privacy, infringes copyright, or is abusive, discriminatory or unlawful. Keep it professional and relevant to teaching practice.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaches these terms. We do not monitor every post and are not responsible for what other users write.
10. Availability
We work to keep the platform available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it offline for maintenance, updates or repairs, and we may change, add or remove features.
Where a change materially reduces what a school has paid for, we will tell the school's contact.
11. Our responsibility to you
To the extent permitted by law:
- the platform is provided as it is, and we do not warrant that it will be error-free or meet every requirement
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform
- our total liability to you in any twelve month period is limited to the amount paid for access in that period
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability can be limited rather than excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.
12. Ending access
You can stop using the platform at any time, and a school can decline to renew in line with section 5.
We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if fees go unpaid, or if the platform is being used in a way that risks harm to students or to other users. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give notice and an opportunity to put things right first.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects a school's rights, we will email the school contact before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the change.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and the courts of South Australia have jurisdiction.
